BITians selected for Canadian internship

BIT-Mesra (Ranchi)Mitacs Globalink have selected three undergrads from city’s one of the top institutions Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra for the prestigious Canadian internship. Undergrads namely Ishita Shreshtha and Ishita S. Hiremath are from Bio-engineering department from BIT Mesra. While Tejaswini Singh is from Mechanical Engineering. All candidates in their sixth semester of their respective courses.

The twelve- week internship named as Mitacs Globalink Research Internship is held every year to provide internship to undergraduates. And Canadian university faculty members will guide all the interns under them. Every year, from May to October, applicants participate in the research internship in various academic disciplines.

All three of them will be working under Canadian university faculty members during a course of 12 weeks on their respective projects.
