Birla Institute of Technology, (BIT) Mesra, Ranchi has announced that it would provide the soft copy of Provisional Certificate and Final Grade Card to its graduating batches. Many students, who have recently graduated from college, are going to pursue higher education, and hence need their Provisional Certificate and Final Grade Card to confirm their admission.
Generally, the administration at BIT Mesra hands over the documents directly to the students. But this year due to ongoing pandemic, they are unable to do so. Hence, the college administration has taken this step to ensure that the students do not have to suffer.
BIT Mesra certificates: How to get yours?
Students need to follow the given guidelines in order to receive their documents.
1. Students need to mail an application to provisional2020@bitmesra.ac.in by July 31 2020, 5:30 pm.
2. Students should clear their financial dues (if any) before applying for the documents. But they need to clear their dues to get the certificate.
As mentioned in the notice, after following the aforementioned steps, the students will receive the soft copy of their documents in about 10 days. The time period may exceed if the volume of applications is large.
Hard Copy after the pandemic at BIT Mesra
The hard copy of the Provisional Certificate and the Final Grade Card would be provided after the pandemic subsides and normalcy prevails. The institution will notify regarding the same later.
